Requirements

• Uniform requirements for procurement participants in accordance with Part 1 of Article 31 of Law No. 44-FZ.
• Requirements for procurement participants in accordance with Part 1.1 of Article 31 of Law No. 44-FZ
• Requirement for the absence in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (contractors, performers) of information included in such a register due to the refusal of the supplier (contractor, performer) to fulfill the contract due to the imposition of sanctions and (or) restrictive measures against the customer.
• Prohibition on the procurement of goods originating from foreign states, performance of works, and provision of services by foreign entities.
