Oilfield production chemicals are chemical formulations for the extraction, treatment, and transportation of oil and gas. Chemical selection is based on laboratory tests on specific crude oil (bottle test for demulsifiers, autoclave test for corrosion inhibitors). Packaging: 200L drums, 1000L IBC totes, tanker trucks. Dosing: skid-mounted dosing units (SDU) with plunger or diaphragm dosing pumps. Flow is controlled automatically based on readings from a water cut meter (for demulsifier) or corrosion meter (for inhibitor). Field lab tests: bottle test (demulsifier), autoclave test (corrosion inhibitor), dynamic tube blocking test (scale inhibitor).
