Buckwheat groats (kernel) — a traditional Russian grain product made from the fruits of common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), holding a special place in Russian cuisine and dietary nutrition. Russia is one of the world's largest producers and consumers of buckwheat groats. Buckwheat is distinguished by its high protein content (12–13 g per 100 g) with a complete set of essential amino acids (especially lysine), rutin (vitamin P), iron, magnesium, potassium, and dietary fiber. It is gluten-free. Buckwheat is the only cereal that contains rutin — a flavonoid that strengthens blood vessel walls. Quality according to GOST 5550-2014: kernel grade 1 — whole, unsteamed or steamed grains. Moisture content not more than 14%, weed impurity not more than 0.4%. Harvest years 2022–2025. Applications: side dish, porridge, soups, fillings, production of buckwheat flour, bread crisps, baby food, gluten-free products. Packaging: 50 kg bags (wholesale), kraft bags 800 g — 5 kg (retail).
