Core Inspection Process:

1. Develop Inspection Checklist

• Determine a detailed list of quality standards;

• Define appearance and functional parameters;

• Plan test run procedures for equipment products.

2. On-site/Warehouse Inspection (or Video Inspection)

• Inspector visits the site in person;

• Or provides detailed inspection via live video remotely.

3. Quantity Verification

• Verify orders, invoices, and other documents;

• Count the quantity of goods and check the completeness of products and accessories.

4. Packaging and Labeling Check

• Assess the condition of outer boxes and pallets;

• Check the integrity, sealing, and accuracy of labels/marks.

5. Testing (if needed)

• Functional checks;

• Equipment test run.

6. Image Recording

• Record the product condition, packaging, and loading process throughout;

• Capture key inspection stages.

You will receive:

• An official inspection report with photos and videos.

• An inspection certificate with conclusions and recommendations.

• A detailed list and corrective suggestions if any non-conformities are found.

• A confirmation certificate verifying that the goods comply with contract terms.
