G2R is an international service platform that assists in the facilitation and execution of trade and foreign economic transactions.
Platform users can register as a buyer and submit orders for the execution of required services in Russia and CIS countries through the relevant product or service card. Each buyer will be assigned a personal manager who will assist with communication on the platform.
The buyer’s personal account features a chat with a built-in translator, which helps to completely eliminate the language barrier. It is also possible to arrange online calls with suppliers of goods or services in Russia with an interpreter provided.
How to Become a Buyer on G2R
Step 1. Click the «Sign In / Register» button in the top right corner
Step 2. In the window that appears, click the «Register» button:
Step 3. Choose a convenient registration method. You can register via email, WeChat, or Alipay.
Review the agreements and click «Register»
Step 4. Personal Account
After registering, you need to fill in your last name, first name, and phone number.
After that, you can browse the offers in the catalogue and view Russian tenders.
Searching for a Supplier of Goods or Services
To browse the product range, go to the Catalogue section located in the menu on the main page. The country of purchase can be specified when placing an order.
On the page that opens, you can click on the cards you like and read about the product or service in the description.
If you want to order a product or service, click the «Place an Order» button (on the Marketplace it is shown as «Submit an Application»)
Once the application has been submitted, a G2R client manager will contact you.

During the conversation, the manager will clarify the order details, agree on delivery parameters and possible payment options, and answer all questions regarding the order placement and fulfilment process.
