A Complete Guide for Manufacturers: Where to Go for Contracts All Year Round
Hundreds of industry exhibitions take place in Russia every year. Booths, negotiations, business cards — and the feeling that you have missed something important. Which of these events are truly worth your budget and three to four days of a business trip? Especially if the goal is not just to show up, but to find real buyers, including international ones.
We at G2R.Market have compiled a calendar of key B2B exhibitions for the entire year 2026 — from February to December. The selection includes only large international events with real export potential: construction, food industry, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, household goods, transport. Divided by seasons for easier planning.
❄ Winter: The Start of the Exhibition Season
1. PRODEXPO
| Dates | February 9–12, 2026 |
| Venue | Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Moscow |

| Website | prod-expo.ru |
The exhibition year for food producers opens right here. PRODEXPO is the largest B2B food exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe: around two thousand companies from more than 35 countries, contracts worth hundreds of billions of rubles. Meat, groceries, confectionery, beverages, organic food — the coverage is virtually complete.
For a Russian manufacturer thinking about exports, this is the number one platform. The audience is over 70 thousand professional buyers from more than 100 countries. Buyers from the CIS, Asia, and the Middle East come here specifically — to find new suppliers. By the way, the business programme is also worth attention: food industry trends, import substitution, export strategies.
2. INTERLAKOKRASKA
| Dates | February 24–27, 2026 |
| Venue | Timiryazev Centre Exhibition Hall, Moscow |
| Theme | Paints, varnishes, coatings, equipment |
| Scale | 30th anniversary exhibition |
| Website | interlak-expo.ru |
Thirty years is a solid age for an industry exhibition. Over the years, INTERLAKOKRASKA has become the main meeting place for manufacturers of paints and coatings, raw materials, and equipment. If you work in this niche, you definitely should not miss the anniversary edition.
However, the exhibition is of interest not only to the paint and coatings industry: buyers from the construction sector, automotive industry, and furniture manufacturing also attend — everyone who needs coatings and formulations.

For textile professionals, INTERTKAN is arguably the main industry event of spring. Fabrics, accessories, equipment, design solutions — all on one platform. But it is not just about the product range.
The exhibition attracts buyers from CIS countries, Asia, and the Middle East. This means you can not only showcase your products here, but also test your export potential. Even if exports are not yet in the plans — the opportunity to assess competitors and establish contacts with wholesalers will definitely come in handy.

Tableware, lighting fixtures, candles, souvenirs, home textiles — sounds like the assortment of a large department store. Essentially, it is, only in B2B format. HouseHold Expo takes place twice a year and combines several exhibitions: Stylish Home (interior and decor), Outdoor Dacha (garden products), and Christmas Box (gift industry).
On the one hand, the exhibition is focused on the domestic market. On the other hand, among the visitors there are quite a few international buyers looking for new suppliers. If you produce household goods and want to enter wholesale channels — take a closer look.

In 2025, the 30th anniversary MosBuild set a record — more than 80,700 visitors. In 2026, the bar is unlikely to be lower. Buyers come here not only from Russia, but also from CIS and far-abroad countries. So if you produce building materials, plumbing, lighting, or furniture — you should not miss MosBuild.
7. Metalloobrabotka-2026
| Dates | May 12–15, 2026 |

Forty years of history and steady growth year after year. Metalloobrabotka brings together the best specialists and major companies from Russia, CIS countries, the Middle East, and the Far East. Machine tools, instruments, robotic cells, additive technologies — everything needed for modern manufacturing. In 2026, the exhibition expects more than 1,200 participants and over 45 thousand visitors.
For manufacturers of machine tool products, this is not just an exhibition, but the main platform for signing major contracts. However, for users — factories, workshops, contractors — there is also plenty to see: equipment premieres, technology comparisons, the opportunity to negotiate pilot deliveries.
☀ Summer: Industrial Scale
8. RosUpack
| Dates | June 16–19, 2026 |
| Venue | Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Moscow |
| Theme | Packaging materials, equipment, technologies |
| Scale | The largest packaging exhibition in Russia |
| Website | rosupack.com |
Packaging is something you do not notice until you start exporting. Requirements for labelling, materials, and sizes differ in every country. RosUpack brings together manufacturers of packaging equipment, materials, and turnkey solutions from around the world.
For any product manufacturer — from food to electronics — this is an opportunity to find a packaging supplier that will cover both the domestic market and export requirements. Perhaps it is right here that you will find a solution that saves you time adapting your products for international buyers.
9. INNOPROM — The Country’s Main Industrial Exhibition
| Dates | July 6–9, 2026 |
| Venue | Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Centre |
| Theme | Industry, mechanical engineering, automation, energy |
| Scale | Expected: 52,000+ visitors, delegations from 66 countries, 50,000 sqm exhibition space |
| Website | innoprom.com |
What if you need a platform that unites all of industry at once? The answer is INNOPROM. Russia’s largest industrial exhibition takes place every summer in Yekaterinburg and attracts delegations from dozens of countries. Metalworking, additive technologies, energy, automation, IoT — the range of topics is virtually limitless.
Every year INNOPROM has a partner country — in 2024 it was the UAE. For exporters, this means direct access to international buyers and investors. The business programme includes more than 100 events: from strategic sessions to niche industry roundtables. If you work in the industrial sector — INNOPROM is worth including in your summer plans.
🍂 Autumn: The Final Stretch
10. WorldFood Moscow
| Dates | September 15–18, 2026 |
| Venue | Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Moscow |
| Theme | Food products, beverages, ingredients |
| Scale | 1,100+ exhibitors from 30+ countries, 22,000+ visitors from 78 countries |
| Website | world-food.ru |
If PRODEXPO is the main food exhibition of winter, then WorldFood Moscow is its autumn twin. However, they have different focuses. WorldFood was originally conceived as a platform for international manufacturers, and the share of foreign participants here has traditionally been higher.
What does this mean for a Russian manufacturer? First, you can assess who you will have to compete with on foreign shelves. Second — you can establish contacts with distributors from dozens of countries who come here looking for new products.
11. COMTRANS
| Dates | October 6–9, 2026 |
| Venue | Kazan EXPO International Exhibition Centre |
| Theme | Commercial vehicles, components, logistics |
| Scale | The largest commercial vehicle exhibition in Russia |
| Website | comtransexpo.ru |
In 2026, COMTRANS moves from Moscow to Kazan for the first time — and this is no coincidence. The Republic of Tatarstan is one of Russia’s mechanical engineering centres: KAMAZ, the Yelabuga Automobile Plant (Aurus production), and other major enterprises are located here. At the outdoor areas of Kazan EXPO, full-scale vehicle test drives will be organised, which was harder to achieve in Moscow.
Manufacturers from China, Turkey, and other countries traditionally present their exhibitions. For Russian companies producing components and spare parts, this is a chance to reach major customers. The business programme includes discussions on import independence, fleet digitalisation, and environmental standards.
12. Agroprodmash
| Dates | September 28 — October 1, 2026 |
| Venue | Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Moscow |
| Theme | Equipment and technologies for the food industry |
| Scale | 31st exhibition, category leader |
| Website | agroprodmash-expo.ru |
Agroprodmash differs from PRODEXPO and WorldFood in one important way: here the focus is not on food products, but on equipment for producing them. The entire chain — from raw materials and ingredients to packaging, quality control, refrigeration, and logistics.
If you produce equipment for the food or processing industry, Agroprodmash is a must-visit. Factory technologists and plant directors come here looking for specific solutions, not just browsing new products. A practical exhibition for practical people.
13. Metal-Expo
| Dates | November 10–13, 2026 |
| Venue | Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre, St. Petersburg |
| Theme | Ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, equipment, metal structures |
| Scale | 750+ companies from 35 countries, 30,000+ visitors |
| Website | metal-expo.ru |
November in the calendar of Russian metallurgists means Metal-Expo. One of the oldest industry exhibitions in the country consistently attracts over 750 companies from 35 countries. In 2026, it will once again take place in St. Petersburg at the Expoforum venue.
Producers and suppliers of metal products, metallurgical and metalworking equipment are the main audience. However, the exhibition is also of interest to related industries: construction, mechanical engineering, energy, transport. For those who want to establish metal product exports abroad, this is probably the best platform in the country.
🎯 Bonus: Two Forums for Exporters
In addition to industry exhibitions, in 2026 it is worth paying attention to two large business forums that do not have an exhibition in the traditional sense, but provide direct access to international contacts.
SPIEF (June 3–6, St. Petersburg) — the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The guest country for 2026 is Saudi Arabia. Based on the results of SPIEF-2025, more than a thousand agreements were signed totalling over six trillion rubles. The scale is impressive, but it should be noted that participation here is more suitable for large businesses.
ROSTKI: Russia and China (August 17–18, Kazan) — an international economic forum dedicated to Russian-Chinese cooperation. For companies targeting the Chinese market or already working with it, this is one of the few platforms where you can personally meet potential partners.

How to Get the Most Out of an Exhibition: Short and to the Point
An exhibition without preparation is money down the drain. Here are four things that will help you return with results, not with a bag of brochures.
Translate your catalogue in advance. Planning to export to China or CIS countries? Catalogues in English and Chinese will help you establish contact with an international buyer right at the booth. Without them, the conversation will most likely end with a polite nod.
Compile a list of target meetings. Study the participants on the exhibition website before your trip. Plan your route. Otherwise, three days will fly by in chaotic wandering between booths.
Write everything down. Business cards, QR codes, verbal agreements — record them on the spot while they are fresh. Processing contacts within the first three days after the exhibition determines whether meetings turn into contracts or not.
Plan online follow-up. An exhibition lasts three to four days. But your online product catalogue works all year round. Make sure you have a platform where you can direct a new contact after meeting them.
The Exhibition Ends — Exports Continue
Offline exhibitions provide invaluable personal contact. But their effect is limited in time. To keep your products working for export 365 days a year, you need an online platform designed for international trade.
G2R.Market is a platform that helps Russian manufacturers sell abroad. A catalogue in four languages, a built-in chat translator, promotion on Baidu and Google, export transaction support from documentation to logistics. Commission — only on successful deals.
Register as a supplier at g2r.market — and let buyers find you.
